Industrial Sheetmetals were engaged as the HVAC ducting contactor for all three stages of the Bayfair Mall redevelopment. Stage one comprised of the doubling in size of the malls retail footprint. Stage two was the addition of the new eatery wing. Both stages were successfully completed to the tight deadlines required when constructing retail developments. Stage three is the addition of the new seven cinema entertainment wing. The redevelopment of Bayfair Mall provided Industrial Sheetmetals with varied, interesting and enjoyable work and challenges for our team of skilled duct fitters and our highly experienced onsite project managers. The manufacture and installation to specification of all HVAC duct systems, both concealed and exposed to public view. The design, manufacture and installation to specification of stainless-steel commercial kitchen equipment such as canopy range hoods, benches, shelving and kitchen wall linings.
